This biscuit is primarily a cocktail snack. Leek and Caerphilly cheese biscuits, although more substantial,  like cheese and onion crisps, go really well with drinks.

In terms of portion control, one third of a packet of biscuits equates to a medium sized packet of crisps.

Serve with pickles and preserve and cheese, charcuterie,  pate and terrine.
