Cradoc’s Bakers don’t use chemical colours, or commercial pastes with added stuff to make our biscuits and crackers, we use vegetables as our natural colour – which is not as easy as buying icing dyes and coloured paste form the supermarket so we’ve had to be inventive with the ingredients and tools to get what we want! There is nothing to stop you from using these ingredients if you prefer to.
